Our place is quiet & ideal 4 solo adventurers, for CSULB Ballet, FIFA World Cup or LA Galaxy Soccer Celebrations. We have soft COVID protocols. We're 1/2 block from bus line to downtown Long Beach & to metro station to World Cup at SoFi stadium or downtown LA (Crypto arena, Convention Center or LA Live). By car, we're minutes to LA Galaxy's Dignity Health Sports Park, CSUDH, CSULB, Beach, hospitals-St. Mary’s, LB Memorial, King Drew & Kaiser, & 20 minutes to Knott’s Berry Farm & Disneyland. The space My place is “The Quiet Place.” It’s less than a mile from both the 710 and 91 freeways, and under 5 miles from the 405 and 110, giving you easy access to Long Beach and LAX airports, the World Cup venue at SoFi Stadium, downtown Long Beach, and anywhere in Los Angeles or Orange County for events, restaurants, and dining. You’ll love the home‑like feel. The neighborhood is walkable, you can jog in the wetlands just half a block away and friendly neighbors out walking their dogs — a community that looks out for one another. Guest access In addition to your private room, you will have access to your own bathroom (unless there is another Airbnb guest in a separate room - 2nd Airbnb listing) as well as the kitchen, living area and dining table. During your stay I am a very supportive host who can and is available to offer help and other suggestions throughout your stay. I also know how to respect your privacy. Other things to note I have a 24-hour coffee tea bar that also has a few light snacks for guests to enjoy.
