Ideal for families or couples to enjoy the climate and attractions of Gonçalves without giving up comfort and exclusivity! The space The chalet is perfect for couples with or without children. It has two spacious, bright and well-ventilated bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds and a double bed, dressers and a lamp. Linens are provided as well as towels, pillows, duvets and blankets for the cold. The bathroom is spacious with a glass shower enclosure and the shower is heated by gas. The kitchen is fully equipped and the appliances are new. The dining room has a table and appliances for 6 people. The living room has a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a flat-screen TV with a TVbox (streaming), a stone-lined fireplace and a panoramic window with a sensational view of the mountains and the olive grove. The deck has a barbecue and araucaria countertop with a sink, table for 4, 2 hammocks, shower and a Jacuzzi bathtub for 2 people with glass protection and a view of the mountains with total privacy! The parking area accommodates 4 vehicles. All this surrounded by an olive grove and an incredible view of Serra da Mantiqueira, to admire beautiful sunsets! Guest access Chalé Pirilampo is located in a rural condominium, within the Lumiar da Mantiqueira site, with an exclusive entrance and total privacy and autonomy. The site's main house is completely independent of the Chalet and can have guests simultaneously. The property is in the Venancios neighborhood, one of the oldest and best preserved in Gonçalves, 8 km from the city center. The roads are unpaved, with many hills, and are generally well maintained. In periods of intense or prolonged rainfall, the use of 4X4 vehicles is recommended for greater safety, and inquire about road traffic conditions. Other things to note The roads in Gonçalves are unpaved and the hills are very steep. On days of heavy or constant rain, they become slippery and may present circulation difficulties for low and/or non-rear-wheel drive or 4X4 vehicles. Inquire before leaving in these conditions.
