Apartment 205 is located on the first floor with a spectacular view of the clear Caribbean Sea from the private patio. This modern two bedroom, two bathroom villa offers fully air conditioned living areas with ceiling fans throughout. The master bedroom has been designed to take advantage of the amazing view so that you can wake up to the waves each morning of your stay! All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. This apartment offers guests the added benefit of membership to the in-house gym located conveniently in the basement of the complex. Your holiday experience will be made that much better by the attentions of your friendly housekeeper who will prepare local meals for you and help with your laundry! Other things to note The rental rate is inclusive of the staff’s wages although tipping is at your discretion. Merel is your Cook/Housekeeper. She is available to prepare up to 3 meals per day. She works 8 hours a day (8:30am to 1:30pm and 5:30pm to 8:30pm), 6 days a week. NB. Should you require her to work more than 8 hours a day or 6 days a week, this is charged at time and a half to your incidental account. Please note that each staff member has one day off a week. The staff’s services are provided for the use of the villa you are staying in only. They are therefore not responsible for any cooking or laundry for members of your party staying elsewhere. Should you have friends staying in other villas and wish to entertain small groups or dine together, please discuss it with your respective staff members. As these are private residences, larger groups of ten or more persons will require the owner’s permission ahead of time. Additional charges may apply. We ask that any visitors coming on to the property at Villas on the Beach register at the front desk.
