Chácara Vista Alegre is a "farm", almost a continuation of the urban space, with all the characteristics of a rural area: fruit trees (there are 18 jabuticaba trees, among others), oxen, horses, plants, water from two springs. The house has FOUR independent BEDROOMS (one en-suite, and 3 bedrooms with 2 shared bathrooms). Although simple, they are equipped with comfortable box beds, 400-thread sheets, soft and fragrant pillows. It also has 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens.
