Guest access Guests have access to the all of the house, garage and front and back yards. Other things to note Crib, high chair and stairs gate for babies and children. If you take your pets to my property they are not allowed upstairs. If Any pet hair is found upstairs owners will be charged a $200 cleaning fee.
