Toilet paper is only supplied at the entrance, after which each guest is responsible for it. The cleaning service of the gourmet space is also the responsibility of each guest. Because it is a common use space, we ask that everyone collaborate with cleaning so that it remains clean and organized, it is important to respect the rules. In case of non-compliance, use will be prohibited. It is not allowed to take any utensils to the lofts or vice versa. Our common area is quite wooded, so it is inevitable that there are mosquitoes, so we ask that you bring repellents or specific devices. I make it very clear that our system is not an Inn; we rent lofts and do not offer any type of extra service. Other things to note As it is not a guesthouse, we do not offer housekeeping services. The lofts have a double bed or two single beds, we kindly ask you to inform us of your preference at the time of booking. The space can accommodate up to 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children, however, for these additional guests, we offer an extra bed or mattress. We do not accept children under 4 years of age, nor pets. Florianópolis is a very humid city, so if you have allergic or respiratory problems, our space is not appropriate. Avoid inconveniences.
