This quiet and comfortable 2-bedroom condo is located in one of the most desirable central Houston areas (Greenway/River Oaks). It is an older but charming complex that is extremely tranquil inside even though it is only minutes from the Galleria, downtown, the Museum District and the medical center. This unit comes with one reserved parking space inside the gated area. The space This is a 2-level complex and my unit is partially over the parking area so there are no downstairs or upstairs neighbors. It only shares one common wall with another unit and the owner is rarely there so my place is very private and quiet. Each bedroom has a desk with chair and a queen-size bed. Guest access Entire unit. This condo has an open living/dining area next to the kitchen and a private balcony. The 2-part bath is between the 2 bedrooms. Other things to note There are no elevators in the complex and access to my unit is via one flight of stairs.
