It is very close to the Higienópolis neighborhood, Largo do Arouche, and here in Vila Buarque there are plenty of options to go out during the day, or at night. Other things to note IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: Please - Keep the apartment clean and organized. - If you break any appliance or object in the apartment, it is your obligation to repair or replace it. - It is forbidden to live and sleep more than 2 people in the apartment, without my permission; - Guests who rented and are authorized in a document left with the doorman may sleep in the apartment; - It is forbidden to sublet the apartment; - It is not allowed to bring animals into the apartment; - It is forbidden to smoke and/or use any type of drugs inside any room of the apartment, in the common areas of the building and in the elevator; - Keep quiet between 10pm and 9am. - Do not throw paper, modess, wet wipes, objects into the toilet. Use the trash can; - Turn off lights, fan, and all electrical equipment when leaving the room, bathroom, and/or apartment. - Rest assured that you have locked the exit doors of the apartment and building when you leave. IMPORTANT: Any breach of the rules, the rent will be broken immediately. PLEASE, READ OUR HOUSE RULES IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: Please, - To keep the Apartment clean and organized. - If break any thing in the apartment, it will be compulsory for you repair or replace or supply. - Is forbidden live in the apartment more than 2 people; - Is forbidden sublet the apartment; - Can live and sleep in the apartment only the Guests is authorized with the doorman; - Pets are not allowed; - Is forbidden smoke or use any Drugs inside the all apartment, in hall of the build and elevators; - Keep it silent in between 10pm and 9am; - Do not throw paper, pads or tampons in the toilet bowl, use the basket; - Switch off the lights,ventilator and other appliances when you leave the Loft. - Ensure that the main door is locked when you leave the apartament. IMPORTANT: any rules break , the rental will be cancel immediately.
