If you are staying during a snow or ice event you should move your vehicle to the bottom of the driveway or to the street gravel parking spaces. Otherwise, you may be trapped at the top of the drive unable to get your vehicle out safely. We will not be responsible for towing or other expenses incurred by guests for towing or recovery of vehicles that have slid off the driveway or somehow become trapped because of snow or ice. 1. The house has a VERY steep driveway, only book this space if you are comfortable with that. No parking vehicles in the garage. There are 3 parking spots and wooden stairs next to the driveway that are associated with this property. If you park on the road, all tires need to be off the asphalt. 2. The bedding and mattresses have been all updated since the fall of 2019. New carpet was placed in spring of 2021. The Queen-sized Murphy bed is in the hideaway area under the TV. This is considered the 4th bedroom. 3. Trash Must Be Removed by Guests! We do not have trash pickup. Trash Bins are in the MPOA Swimming Pool parking lot above the Mini Golf (Peak Rd) parking lot. 4. Although we are located inside the resort, amenities like water parks, skiing, tubing, and golf, must be paid for separately. Discounts are not associated with renting this house. Guest access Guests can access the entire home including the garage for gaming, gear, and pets. No parking of vehicles in the garage. Other things to note You may need to check in at the guard station when entering the resort. We only offer the rental of the house. All activities at the resort must be purchased directly from Massanutten Resort.
