The convenience of four Amazon "Alexas" placed strategically throughout the home ensures effortless assistance (easy to turn off if desired). Each of the four flat-screen TVs are equipped with popular streaming apps, allowing you to sign in and enjoy your preferred entertainment. For coffee and tea lovers, a selection of beverages awaits your indulgence. Instant hot water and Reverse Osmosis water from the sink provide added convenience. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line All-Clad and Le Creuset cookware, alongside a Vitamix blender, air fryer, and Cuisinart food processor, amongst many other gourmet kitchen tools. Step outside onto the deck, where outdoor dining and relaxing evenings beckon, including an invitation to relax next to our Koi pond. An umbrella provides dining shade, and the sectional gives ample seating. For those who enjoy grilling, an outside gas grill and dining area are at your disposal. Inside, a revolving pantry and a stocked fridge with popular condiments ensure you lack for nothing during your stay. Guest access You have access to entire house, minus the basement which is where I store my personal belongings, and the detached garage which will be locked. There might be a small locked hauling trailer on property behind garage, out of your way, as well as a locked shipping container. Other things to note This is my personal home. Respect is expected. I am a seasoned Airbnb host that has seen it all. I maintain the right to deny any booking request I don’t believe fits this listing, and if negligence or unreasonable damage is present after your departure, I will proceed with a financial claim. I have never needed to do this, thankfully. With that being said, I do NOT charge a cleaning fee, pet fee, and do not ask you to do any “chores” at checkout outside of common sense. When I travel, I want to relax, so I want that for you too. Early check-in and/or late check-out can be prearranged at $50 per hour, for up to 5 hours in either direction. Please be courteous and prompt with designated check out times, as my cleaning crew will be waiting to start. Your customized door code works on a clock. I’ve invested in a home scenting experience (similar to what you find in a hotel). If you are bothered or are sensitive to air diffusers, please let me know and I will remove the machines prior to your arrival. All linens are washed with unscented detergent free from dyes and perfume. Due to experience, there will be a $50 extra fee if confetti is NOT cleaned up upon departure. It’s extremely difficult to clean (it sticks to everything) and my cleaning crew is delayed when turning over the property. Please just stick with balloons and streamers like the good ‘ol days. :) I host a revolving pantry with my guests. This means there might be condiments and unused food (not expired) in the refrigerator, freezer, or pantry. Feel free to use what you wish, and leave what you can’t take. Use caution in attic. Not recommended for small children unattended. No railings installed. No open fire/flames allowed outside (fire pit, fireworks, etc) Lawn is mowed by a landscaping company every Friday from April to November. We keep a locked shipping container and hauling trailer to the side of the backyard, out of the way. We have an exterior camera on the garage and on the front door to monitor the exterior of our home. This video footage is not shared or regularly monitored, and only temporarily records for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and may, at the owner’s discretion, result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
