When I travel, I want to relax, so I want that for you too. Early check-in and/or late check-out can be prearranged at $50 per hour, for up to 5 hours in either direction. Please be courteous and prompt with designated check out times, as my cleaning crew will be waiting to start. Due to experience, there will be a $50 extra fee if confetti is NOT cleaned up upon departure. It’s extremely difficult to clean (it sticks to everything) and my cleaning crew is delayed when turning over the property. Please just stick with balloons and streamers like the good ‘ol days. :) I host a revolving pantry with my guests. This means there might be condiments and unused food (not expired) in the refrigerator, freezer, or pantry. Feel free to use what you wish, and leave what you can’t take. Use caution in attic. Not recommended for small children unattended. No railings installed. No open fire/flames allowed outside (fire pit, etc) Lawn is mowed by a landscaping company every Friday from April to November.
