Our home is on a quiet 3 acre property just 5 miles from town. We have vegetable gardens, fruit orchards and dozens of berry bushes. We have amazing views of the Olympic Mountains and our neighbor is a lavender farm! The studio apartment is a bright, sunny place which is attached to our home, but has its own entrance. It's a wonderful venue for visitors to the area being close to both the water and the mountains and the lavender farms. We are a short ferry ride to both Victoria and Seattle. We built our home from scratch with our own hands making it energy efficient and environmentally friendly. From the custom floors to the locally obtained wood features and trim, we have put great thought and pride into our home. We are located 3 miles from the Dungeness Spit and Rec. Area and 2 miles from the Discovery Trail. We are a short ferry ride to both Victoria, BC and to Seattle. So we can live in the country and VISIT the big city! Another great nearby attraction is Port Townsend with its nautical, marine heritage and culture and many great places to eat and drink. You will have your own space in our comfortable, quaint studio apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a separate entrance into your apartment. I am typically available during the day and evening, as I work from home We are only three miles from the dungeness recreation area and the spit where you can hike out to and tour a working lighthouse. Also we are two miles from the Olympic discovery trail where you can walk or bike for miles from port angeles to the discovery bay. Please park alongside the garage. We live about 5 miles from town.
