In 2019 we went through extensive renovations on the inside/outside to create a welcoming experience with all the conveniences. In doing so we made sure the outside living space was designed with large families in mind. Large seating areas, screened in porch, fire pit, pergolas with hammock, outdoor kitchen & pizza oven.....etc. Just 1 minute to our little red sandy beach or 5 minutes out to the sandy point. Kayaks & bicycles can be rented by the day or week and delivered to your door step. We live in Bayside on the bay perfect for kayak excursions. islandadventurespei.ca Only 20 minutes from Summerside which has everything you would need to stock up, on your way out! Car rental is a must as we are an hour from the Airport right in the middle of cottage country. The drive is spectacular with many rolling hills, beautiful old century homes, villages and churches. PEI has so much history and offers that spectacular flare that we love so much... East Coast Style! Our home is designed for family gatherings. The main floor has a fully stocked kitchen with stocked pantry. Open concept entertainment area with powder room and main floor laundry. The living area spans across the front of the house with many windows to take in the view! We have three smart TV's placed for enjoyment on each floor. All bedrooms are completely furnished for comfort. Beautiful hotel pillows and sheets with cozy bedding. The upper loft master with its own en-suite and living area with bar and large deck. The upper floor also has a gym with elliptical, bicycle, weights and yoga mats. The main floor bedroom offers a private 3 piece bath. The lower level has 2 more bedrooms and bunk room with a very large bathroom with deep soaker tub/shower, double vanities and Sauna. The large bedroom in the lower level is our family bedroom with infant. It has a crib, and stores the baby seat, gate & playpen in the closet. Main floor... enjoy the walk-out deck for entertainment with barbecue, pizza oven and seating area with table and chairs. In between the barbecue/dining area and screened in porch is a large rustic bar with stools to sit and take in the morning view with coffee or in the evening to share drinks with friends & family. The screened in sun porch has a table for games and seating area with a gorgeous view. Just outside and down the stairs leads you to a fire-pit area large enough to gather the family for games & stories. We have stacked wood for your convinience with plenty of andirondik chairs. Please help yourself to starter wood behind the garage. At the front of the deck facing the ocean are two hanging swings to lounge around. The upper outdoor living area is a large deck that also spans the complete front of our home with lounge seating furniture and loungers for sun bathing. This is a perfect place to gather in the evenings overlooking the ocean with a glass of wine! In the morning & evening cranes come into the shore to feed. We are located on a bird flight path. Our location is perfect for a small or large family gathering with friend and family! At the backside is a pergolas with chairs and hammock. Its partly shaded and makes a great place to read or snooze...! We offer a Bose speaker for inside and outside enjoyment....please make sure to download your music before arrival. Please be considerate of others as noise travels along the waters edge. We supply all linens, pillows, towel sets, beach towels, paper towels and toliet paper with Stocked Pantry!
