The space Our Apartment is very comfortable and modern, with Air conditioning in the entire apartment, elegant Italian Marble floors, and luxury German Bathroom and Shower fixtures. Fresh tropical breezes may be enjoyed by opening the many windows and sliding doors. Also included in the rate is the following: 1. High Speed 10MBPS WiFi Internet 2. TVs: 42-50" TV + Cable TV ( ABC, CBS, NBC, etc ) + Internet TV 3. Harman Kardon (or other) Bluetooth Sound System 4. Our Washing Machine & Dryer is provided and inside our apartment for your private personal use. You are welcome to use the Washing Machine and Dryer, and may purchase your needed detergents at the local Supermarkets. We do provide detergents to wash the Condo’s linen and towels. 5. Bed Linen & Towels are provided during your stay 6. Bath Amenities are provided during your stay ( Soap, Toilet Paper ) 7. Safe Please note that we are providing limited maid service during rentals in apartments. Our apartment will be delivered completely clean for check- in and cleaned after check-out. The Condo building has a large and gorgeous modern infinity swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and spacious Gazebo with Barbecue Grill. The pool area has luxury DEDON furniture enabling one to relax in style and comfort. Guest access Guest has PRIVATE access to the ENTIRE Apartment. There is no additional charge for accessing our Apartment, but if you wish to use the Resort Facilities and Sports, charges may be applied as opted by you. As a Registered Casa de Campo Villa or Apartment Guest, you have full access to the entire Casa de Campo Resort, Sports, and Restaurants, similar to a Villa Owner or Hotel Guest. All guests renting private villas or apartments at Casa de Campo must register with the Villa Owners Club, and for a small daily fee, are granted full access to resort areas and amenities. PLEASE NOTE, VILLA OWNERS’ FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PAY, but must still register with the office upon arrival. For Renting Guests, the Resort Fee is $30/day per adult or child more than 12 years old, $15/child (Between 4-12 years old), Free—children under 4 years of age. This is collected by Casa de Campo upon arrival at the main gate during check in. It allows free entry to Minitas Beach and free use of beach chairs and towels, as well as some discounts on activities throughout the Resort. Some guests are Casa de Campo property owners, come to weddings or have families or friends whom are owners, and they prefer to coordinate the Registration themselves. Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities: •Personalized service from the Villa Owners Club concierges to coordinate transportation, reservations at restaurants, sports, and entertainment activities •Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates •Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach Other things to note There are dozens of superb restaurants throughout the resort. In addition, there is an excellent modern supermarket at the Marina where you may purchase all needed groceries, and a small mini market at Altos de Chavon. At the Marina you will also find excellent Wine & Liquor stores which may satisfy even the fanciest of tastes. While in Casa de Campo we recommend the following activities: 1.Golf 2.Minitas Beach 3.The Marina 4.Altos the Chavon, Casa de Campo’s medieval art city. 5.Horse back ride or even play Polo. 6.Take the boat shuttle service from Minitas Beach to Catalina Island. 7.Rent a private Yacht for Deep Sea Fishing or excursion to nearby pristine beaches. 8.Tennis 9.Skeet shooting. 10.Jog throughout Casa de Campo’s jog trail, or rent bikes and Paddle Boards at la Marina Bike Shop.
