There’s something for everyone here. Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac in the trees, our House is ready for your getaway. Head to downtown LO or Portland for dining and shopping, or stay in and cook in our fully equipped kitchen. This open floor plan is perfect for gathering centrally to eat, relax and visit. Between the dining room table and the bar, you can comfortably seat fourteen for meals. Retreat to the front porch rocker, back patio seating or one of four bedrooms for privacy. Smart Home: our house isn't just pretty, she's intelligent too. The front door is smart locked and you will have your own code. The thermostat is Ecobee. Most rooms are wired with a Sonos sound system you can access through an app on your phone. Kitchen: gas stove with warming drawer, large fridge/freezer, microwave. Bathrooms: Master bath has double sinks and a private toilet/tiled walk-in shower. Main hall bath has tub/shower. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 (Master with private bath): King bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Triple bunk (Bunk with pull-out trundle) so three full-size twins Bedroom 4: Convertible Twin/King bed. Bikes: unless our bikes are traveling with us, feel free to use them. Garage: Check with us first, but there may be one or two garage spots available for parking. Otherwise two cars can fit in the driveway. Maximum two cars at the house, please. Please do not use the walk-in master closet. All other closets will be available with hangers. Depending on the time of year, there are blackberries along the fence to your left as you come out of the path into the field. We live close enough to I5 for easy downtown Portland access
