My apartment is located in the typical and old Recoleta neighborhood, on the corner of Avenida Alvear and Patio Bullrich and 100 meters from Avenida Libertador and its parks. It is the most elegant area of Buenos Aires, safer and better connected, as it allows you to walk to both Palermo and the Center. The apartment is on the 14th floor of a very elegant, sunny building overlooking the city and the river, two balconies with plants, 24-hour surveillance and concierge. The space The apartment is on the 14th floor, accessed by the two elevators in the building's main hall. It has an entrance hall in which to the right you can access a full kitchen with equipment for 4 people. This kitchen has direct access to the service balcony. In front, you reach the living room that opens onto the main balcony with views of the entire sky of Buenos Aires and to the left the Rio de la Plata. The entire space is very sunny and bright. The balcony is accessed through two sliding glass doors and is filled with very beautiful plants. The living room has a sofa bed that folds into 2 single beds and a dining room for 4 people. All the furniture is modern, light and comfortable. Leaving the living room leads to a new small hall in which there is the door to the full bathroom with bathtub and the door to the master bedroom with a double bed and a desk for work. The bedroom is also very sunny and bright. I leave pure cotton sheets and towels for sleeping. The facilities are comfortable due to the layout of the spaces and separate and bright environments. There are no luxuries because I like to charge a fair and non-abusive price so that all kinds of tourists, travelers or visitors on business trips can come to the best location in Buenos Aires.
