The main attraction, in addition to the 102 wonderful beaches, is the UbatubaMall, 30 meters from here, the newest development in the region. For your convenience, you can enjoy the city's tourist center as we are centrally located in it. The entrance and exit of our establishment is done by electronic password, offering total security and freedom. In our dining room, we offer dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, and a microwave oven for guests to use. We also sell espresso coffee from Dolce Gusto and cold drinks in general. For breakfast: The best bakery in the city is 60 meters away (Maria Farinha), across Rua Guarani is UbatubaMall with the food court and Pão de Açucar with self-service breakfast, lunch and dinner with quality and great cost-benefit, Padoca do Roque 200 meters away and many other options because we are located in the city's tourist center. PARKING: We are facing the sea, unable to have a garage. There is public parking (blue zone) in front of and around the property. But 150 meters away there is paid private parking where our guests have a discount (currently R$ 45.00/day).
