Casa Zénon is located in Dos Brazos, a village of gold miners, in the middle of the jungle close to the Corcovado. They are built of "fallen" wood and bamboo from the property. Located high up on a hill and very open to the outside, they offer stunning views of the rainforest and direct contact with nature. You will not need a TV here, the landscape will be your flat screen when you admire the clouds flirting with the canopy in the early morning and the macaws and toucans playing with the dizzying top of the trees. Other things to note Don't think about seeing the mosquito nets in the photos that you're going to be disturbed or even eaten by hordes of hungry insects every night after dark! Strangely, although we are in the middle of the rainforest and the houses are very open, mosquitoes remain rare. The lights mainly attract some beautiful insects or not very disturbing moths that you will be delighted to take a photo of. Note that there is no internet access in Amazonita homes for the simple reason that there is no or little telephone network where we are located and we would have to invest in a very expensive high-end equipment to have it. Rather, see it as an advantage, take the opportunity to observe the nature around you and spend evenings remaking the world with your soul mate or friends over a drink or a cup of hot tea.
