Beautiful colonial house located in the historic center of the city of Granada, just 5 minutes from the central park and Calle La Calzada. The space Casa Fabi has 2 bedrooms, each with air conditioning, a private bathroom and a ceiling fan. In room #1 you will find 1 double bed and 1 single bunk bed. In the 2nd bedroom there is a queen size bed, with a terrace and a hammock with more privacy. It also has a living room, with a Smart TV and access to Disney plus and VIX. Next is the kitchen and dining room. And last but NOT least is a small Jacuzzi-type pool to cool off on those hot days Other things to note 1. Please inform us of your arrival and departure time in advance to avoid inconveniences. 2. Pets are not allowed. 3. Use the recommended parking lot to avoid damage. We are not liable for damage or loss caused by leaving your vehicle outside the parking area suggested by the service team. 4. Please make good use of appliances and air conditioning.
