The Estancia is 1.5 hours from Punta del Este, surrounded by the hills of Lavalleja and was renovated in 2005 in the typical Uruguayan Estancia style. You'll have the entire main house to yourself. If you love nature, here you will find peace and relaxation, surrounded by animals, water and plant life. Our house provides everything you need for a weekend getaway or longer. It will feel like your home away from home with all the extra luxuries of a vacation spot. The space IN-HOUSE STAFF The housekeepers live in the little house next door (100m). They take care of the animals and the garden. They also do the cleaning of the house and the rooms. If required they can also cook for you. GENERAL INTRO OF THE FARM The farm, 104 ha, is located in the north of Minas. From RUTA 8 you reach the farm "ÑU Y PORA“ directly by a 5 km dirt road. - Four bedrooms accommodating 5 guests - Three bathrooms - One cosy living room with a fireplace and a TV - A traditional kitchen, which is fully equipped - One large dining room - Cosy terrace with amazing views - Two big rooftop terraces with a wonderful view over the lake - Natural water swimming lake - A vegetable and herb garden - fresh eggs every day. - Barbecue - A two-car garage - Free WIFI - All linen, towels, cooking equipment, soaps and amenities are provided. SHOPPING & NEAR BY: Mariscala is 18 km and the closes village to do all of your shopping and some restaurants. Punta del Este is 1.5h drive from the Estancia.
