Kyle, your host (and Gully his Pup) will be there during the day and are happy to share their local knowledge of KEYSTONE, BRECKENRIDGE, SILVERTHORNE, DILLON, FRISCO and the surrounding mountain area. LEAVE NO TRACE RENTAL - Guests can make themselves at home in the living room, dining room, kitchen, deck and patio, but please leave them as clean as you found them. The space This spacious room has a large king-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the Snake River. It also has a large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks. Guests also have access to the entire first floor which includes a Dining Room, Living Room, and Kitchen. We have a large deck with a hot tub that overlooks the Snake River. The backyard is adjacent to a trail junction that bridges to the bike path across the river, and the "Nature Trail", which starts in our back yard. lots of hiking, biking, fishing, golfing, rafting, horseback riding, shopping, festivals, concerts, and Summer Mountain Fun. Guest access Kitchen: - Coffee and tea is the cupboard. - Espresso machine and coffee maker are to the right of the sink. - Plates, bowls, cups and silverware under the island. - Cookware is under the stove. Dining Room: - Dining Table Living Room: -Board Games - Gas Fireplace - Cable TV - Xbox One w/ Kinect 2 - Stereo CD/AM/FM/AUX Deck: - Gas Grill - Table and Chairs Other things to note The best part of the house is its proximity to the trail system along the Snake River. The "nature trail" runs through our backyard and the bike path is just on the other side of the bridge. Left will take you into Dillon and right leads to Keystone Mountain. Even if you are only here for a day, we highly recommend walking down to the bridge to enjoy the view, and take some pictures!!
