You will enjoy our space if you are looking for a quiet, simple and cozy place in the countryside and farm experience. We are a farm that hosts, located at Fazenda São José, a centenary property of the coffee cycle, since 1885, in a varied organic production system. The house has a deck with a view and a bathtub (not heated), a fire pit, a lake (fishing) and nearby roads for hiking or cycling. We are close to tourist cities such as Serra Negra, Holambra, Amparo and Pedreira. The space The little house is located in a very green area, part of a 30-year reforestation process, inserted in an organic production property. You can experience life in the countryside, with its beauties and difficulties. A house in the countryside to enjoy the surrounding nature, the silence and the birdsong. We have a deck with a view and a bathtub (not heated at the moment), space for a fire pit, a dining table in the garden with a portable barbecue. Guest access Our guests have the entire Casinha and access to the entire garden, woodland areas, lake and farm. Other things to note Some details that people usually ask us. - Regarding social distancing, we adapted the operation, aiming to maintain social distancing and minimizing interaction with guests. We also implemented a 2-day period between checkouts and check-ins to minimize risks. - Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi does not have heating at this time. The bathtub is outside the house on a deck in front of the house. - Regarding Wi-Fi and cellular signal: The cellular signal is quite weak, only reaching some points of the property (Vivo). The house has a simple Wi-Fi available to guests. - The Casinha kitchen has all the basic equipment for cooking and serving. - We offer a mobile barbecue grill to guests.
