Villa Papaya-Villas Solar, Walk to Best Beach/Surf

Two bedrooms with a queen sized bed and AC. Living room, 2 bathroom w/ hotwater, full kitchen, outdoor patio with hammock, high speed wifi, private gated parking, onsite caretaker, 3 min walking to the beach with the best waves for surf! We have 2 internet service providers on the property with 200 mgs of wifi each, all routers backed up with batteries for potential outages, in case you need to work during your stay. We are pet friendly and also offer laundry service for a fee. The space We offer a little gated community of houses in the center of town close to the beach. This offers easy access to the surf, supermarkets, and restaurants, but also give privacy and security. Guest access We have a BBQ in our communal rancho, also offer twice a week cleaning service. There is laundry service provided across from our entrance way, they are our caretakers family.
