Home in San Pablo Etla

Beautiful 3-bedroom adobe home in the mountains outside of Oaxaca City. Fabulous views, quiet atmosphere, lush surroundings. Fully equipped--wifi, stereo, linens, great kitchen. The space Beautiful, spacious adobe house set on almost two acres of land in the mountains of San Pablo Etla, just a half hour from downtown Oaxaca City. Fantastic mountain and valley views from our back porches and gorgeous hiking trails right out the door. 3 bedrooms including linen (one with additional loft space), two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, sound system, 2 outside verandas, one off the main bedroom, parking area for 3 cars. Phone and wifi connection. An additional charge of $50 for water per week (or portion of a week) applies to groups of 5 or 6. This needs to be paid in cash upon arrival. Though there are buses and taxis to Oaxaca City available n the village, we are a long walk from it and highly encourage guests to rent or have a car. The minimum stay we rent is 5 days. Guest access Please feel free to wander around our 1-acre property. In addition to Casa Tobalá, renters may also visit our library; a sculpture studio is available for additional charges on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Other things to note A $400 cash damage deposit is due at arrival. This will be refunded after we´ve had a chance to review the house before departure.
