Great location and a great homey vibe! Our historic house's quaint charm and functionality blends with our open layout & updated rooms. You'll love our wonderful deck out back & front porch hangout areas. We are less than 1 block from spacious City Park and within walking distance to eclectic Colfax Ave., Cafe Miriam, pubs, ice cream and the City Park Golf Course. Our livable house is great for couples, families, and groups up to 8. The space 4 Bedrooms total; 5 beds. 3 bedrooms (2 with queen beds, 1 with two double beds) and full bath are upstairs. Downstairs we have a Queen sized bed, a full kitchen, and a full bath with a walk-in shower. Our main kitchen is well-stocked and has amenities for cooking, with a kitchen peninsula for food prep. Our backyard has a beautiful 12'x14' deck and grill to use if need be. The main living areas and common spaces are wonderful entertaining places with a very open layout for a house in this time period. We've got a whole house fan and A/C throughout to keep the house cool in the summer. We love our house, neighborhood, and great location to explore the city. The location is great, both due to city park less than a block away as well as the walkability to coffee/restaurants. Our place serves as a cozy base to explore the city. This is our home and we want you to use it like it's your own, but respect it because it's not. It’s illegal to rent a place that is not a primary residence in Denver County FYI. Also, we have chickens; they are quiet and can be left in the coop the whole time. Two neighbor kids will be taking care of them while we're gone.
