Vila Praiana Ap.3 Lagoinha Beach

On a hillside overlooking the beach and islands of Praia de Lagoinha in Ubatuba, Vila Praiana offers seven unique apartments equipped for families of four. Praia de Lagoinha is an ideal beach for families and swimmers and Praia de Sapê is well known for surfing and stand-up paddling. The space The minimalist modern design lends itself to the simple lifestyle of this beach community. Each apartment features a well equipped kitchen with micro-wave and full-sized refrigerator, a bathroom with shower, a ceiling fan in the living room, and a 32" LED TV. There is air conditioning in each double bedroom. Unit 3 is our only unit with no stairs. This unit is designed for a family of four. We gladly accept children free of charge. Please let me know if they are needed. You will find a small amount of sugar, salt, dish detergent and toilet paper for your convenience.
