The house is located in Playa Isla Palo Seco, Parrita, Puntarenas, Costa Rica, just 2 and a half hours from San Jose. Palo Seco Island is a beautiful beach in the Central Pacific of Costa Rica, 8.9 km long. The house is located 5.5km east of the entrance of the beach, facing the sea, from the comfort of the house you can appreciate a beautiful view, as well as the proximity with which you have to enjoy the beach. Ideal for everyone to have a great time. The space It is a two-storey house, it is facing the sea, so it has a beautiful view, where you can observe from the comfort of the house beautiful sunsets, since the house on its second floor has a deck and a large room with sliding windows that when opened the house is transformed, the deck is unified with the room and the beach, x which becomes a splendorous place to appreciate the sound and the ocean view. Additionally, in the back there is an estuary with its respective mangrove, which is navigable, which is why the place is known as an island, in said estuary the house has a dock from which you can do different recreational activities such as boat rides and enjoy the flora and fauna of the area, use of jet ski, kayak, fishing, among others, also occasionally the Caribbean monkeys arrive at the pier. The house has 4 rooms, three on the top floor and one on the ground floor, of which 3 of them have 2 queen beds each, and the main room has a queen bed, so its maximum capacity is 14 people. It has 3 full bathrooms 2 on the upper floor and 1 on the ground floor. The house has amenities such as air conditioning, the kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, stove, rice cooker and other cooking utensils such as pots, plates, glasses and cutlery. It also has a pool table, a ranch with BBQ adjacent to the pool area and a Jacuzzi, green area where children can play, as well as space for parking vehicles. Guest access They can enjoy all the common areas of the house. Other things to note The community of Palo Seco does not have an aqueduct, so the water comes from a well, or from water collected from the rain, which is why it is not drinkable, so we use to drink and make drinks water from the drum, you will have this as part of the contract, however if you want you can bring drinking water in bottles if you want to drink it.
