The Studio is brand new. It has a private entrance with no other apartments, hence very quiet, no one else living in the building. Situated above world famous "Anderle Gallery" An adjustable Queen bed with a remote to make softer or harder. A flat screen 4K TV at the foot of the bed, with Wifi, and access to NetFlix, Prime, etc with your password. Beautifully decorated with art objects, lamps and rugs. All new range, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and iron/board. Sand City is a small up and coming arts enclave which has showrooms for marble, tiles, flooring, kitchens. It is thus very quiet in the evenings with tree lined streets. Sand City has imposed a 12% tax on Airbnb's this has been included in the reservation amount, A big plus is there is good parking, no meters or parking permits needed. ! Please note that the apartment has not been special made toddler or child proof.!! Very easy commute to all points of interest on the Monterey Peninsula. The entrance from the front door to the studio has 16 steps, well lit with a hand rail. Do check out the long list of amenities the studio has to offer. During warm weather we have a small garden table two chairs, and an umbrella, in our front courtyard where guest are welcome to relax and take refreshment. During daylight hours there is usually someone close at hand to help with any questions. Studio backs on to Fabulous Bakery and Patisserie in next street.Great for Breakfast or light lunch, one minute. The best pasta ever is made next door for the upscale restaurants in the area. You can knock on their door and buy pasta and ready made sauces which you can prepare in five minutes, Voila dinner. Many restaurants close by. A nice wine and beer bar just five minutes walk in Sand City. Five minute walk to Home Depot and Smart & Final super market. Bed sheets are 520 count Egyptian cotton, sun dried and iron pressed. Six minute walk to Beach and ten mile recreational / bike path. Ten minute drive to down town Carmel,Pebble beach. Ten minutes to Pacific Grove , plus Aquarium. Forty five minutes to "Big Sur"
