The residence has no pool, is right on the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.) Main features include: - Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, water, toilet paper etc.) - Television / Cable TV - Wi-Fi internet - Air conditioning, Fans - Bath tub - Terrace, Balcony - Elevator - Sea views - Grill/BBQ - Washing machine - Parking - Backup generator - Complimentary housekeeping included twice a week - 24/7 security - On-site administration office - Check-in with English speaking staff - Other units are available in this residence, for larger groups (or if you have any particular preference in terms of floor number, beds size etc.) A few house rules: - The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee, respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom). - Pets are not allowed. - Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas. - Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence. - Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (during office hours only). Housekeeping is also included, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements. This condo is only available during low season (and, occasionally, for last-minute bookings during high season).
