It offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master suite holds a queen and 2 twins with an adjoining bath. Two bedrooms are on the second floor with a queen in one room and two twins in the other. These rooms share a bath. The large living room and kitchen areas offer the perfect amount of convenience and privacy along with a sun room where one might enjoy morning coffee. On the 5 acres of grounds, there is a stocked pond with a fountain pump, plenty of room for parking, and 'Waterfield's Garage' which is a picnic area with kitchenette, bar area, half bath, outdoor grill, and carport. This is a perfect place to unwind after a day of outdoor activities. An outdoor kennel area is available for pets; however, pets are NOT allowed in the main house.
