The space THE BUNGALO Guests receive the bungalow ready to be occupied and enjoyed. It is clean, tidy, and stocked with sheets and towels for all guests. The cleaning charge made in the reservation corresponds to the fulfillment of this condition. In the case of stays that extend for more than a week, a change of sheets and towels will be made every seven days. HOSTING This bungalow is part of a lodging that also includes another bungalow and a house. THE KITCHEN There is a space outside the bungalow but exclusive and separate for food preparation and consumption activities. There is a four burner stove for the exclusive use of the guests of this bungalow. PETS Cats allowed. Small dogs are allowed - up to 15 kg in weight. In addition, there are additional charges for hosting pets, up to a maximum of $ 10 per day per pet. These charges correspond to the additional cleaning and maintenance work that these animals usually represent and are adjusted according to the pet and the number of days of accommodation. CLEANING The cleaning fee included in the reservation covers the cleaning, POST at the end of the stay, of the areas of the house, the washing of dishes and kitchen utensils, and the cleaning of the grill area. Guests do not need to leave any of the above areas clean, although it is appreciated that these are not too dirty. DURING the days of lodging, the guests are responsible for cleaning the areas they occupy. GET TOGETHERS AND PARTIES Our lodging is a place focused on rest and relaxation. Therefore, parties and other events that involve the use of music at a very high volume are not allowed. We ask people who want to spend a weekend of euphoria to explore more suitable options. ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION In line with the relaxed spirit of the accommodation, we ask guests to consume alcohol within our facilities moderately. This is NOT the right place for excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages. Guest access Shared areas: the pool and some gardens. Other things to note Since we are in a rural area, there are some mosquitoes, especially between October and April. They don't pose a serious threat, but may still be an inconvenience. We suggest bringing your favourite repelent.
