Beautiful Flat with pantry and balcony overlooking the sea. (Fully Independent) Excellent location in the heart of Barra da Tijuca, close to the best shopping malls, bars, restaurants and Barra da Tijuca beach (Access on foot between towers 5 and 6). The flat is cleaned two to three times a week. Visitors are prohibited. *Upcoming events New Year's Eve in Barra da Tijuca, Carnival in Rio de Janeiro, Rio Centro events, Hotel Windsor and UFC. The space Super king size bed, closet and PRIVATE bathroom, with a bench with space for reading, TV, 2-seat sofa, a planned pantry (with sink, minibar and microwave) and a table on the balcony overlooking the sea ;) Ps: As a courtesy, I leave water in the minibar. Guest access The two swimming pools with a deck and wet bar delight guests with their unique design and size, ensuring good times for adults and lots of fun for children on the hottest days. For those who do not give up health and well-being, the space also has a fitness room, saunas (dry and wet) and a lighted tennis court. For those who enjoy a beach, quick access, just a 5-minute walk, 400 meters to the sand, counting the ferry crossing (from one bank to another, like crossing a street) Other things to note Basic cleaning is done 2-3 times a week. For long stays, if you want new towels/sheets/pillowcases, the host offers laundry service (pay-per-use). The charge is made per piece.
