Very nice neighborhood. Close to all services, restaurants, drugstores, ATM, laundry. Walking distance to the beach and to Villa Biarritz Park. The space At the 11th floor, luminous and nice view of the city. Private place for 2 to 3 passengers. Security 24/7 at the building. Community place for barbecue, previous booking. On the same block there is UDE (Universidad de la Empresa) very convenient for those students that come for a short stage.
