Building room next to the subway

Restored 70 years old building - Quiet street. The apartment is located on the ground floor and I have 1 bedroom with bathroom. Located close to the metro, Maracanã stadium and Tijuca forest and also close to the main street of the neighborhood with plenty of commerce. The space The room is very large and I had a TV and Wi Fi . The bed is queen size that comfortably sleeps 2 people. It has a closet and desk. In addition to the ceiling fan, it has air conditioning. There is a private bathroom for guests of this room located in front of the hallway. The daily rate of the room is 200 reais, and can accommodate up to 3 guests. The neighborhood is quite quiet, providing a very quiet night. Guest access In addition to the bedrooms and bathrooms, they can go to the pantry/kitchen to have meals- I offer breakfast- and the service area for use of the washing machine. There is a bench in the garden at the foot of a giant almond tree along with acerolas and pitanga feet where the guest can enjoy the shade and singing of the birds they see in search of food. I also have 2 private parking spots with an automated gate that will be at your disposal. Other Notes I have 2 very friendly dogs that stay in the rooms and service area so you do not have access to the rooms. I can 't accept pets despite my passion for animals because I already own 2 dogs here in the house. Smoking only in the garden.
