Cozy Loft in Central Downtown

This is the only residence in downtown Edmonton with LRT and pedway access from the lower lobby. The bus stops by the main entrance. BUT NO PARKING! Security cameras are on each floor and the doorman is on duty. The building is located in central downtown Edmonton. Living in this building you are within walking distance to many restaurants. You are one block away from Churchill Square and Shaw Conference Center and five blocks from Rogers Place, the new hockey arena. The pedway system allows you to avoid Edmonton's harsh winter. You wait for a bus inside the building on a bench. If you are a University student, the LRT will take you there in less than 15 mins and on the way home you can get out at the Southgate Mall and do grocery shopping. The loft has everything you could need for a weekend or long term stay. But it is not suitable for children or a person with mobility issues, because of the loft bed.
