Luxury Bedroom with Oceanview

My apartment is located in the heart of Balboa Avenue, a spectacular strip that borders the ocean and offers magnificent views of Panama Bay and Panama Canal. Next to the building is calle Uruguay, hosting popular night clubs and international restaurants. 5min waking you'll find Multicentro mall with the very best shopping. The building includes all amenities you may need. It is luxury decorated and you can enjoy a full room, plus a private balcony included at no additional cost! The space THE ACCOMODATIONS I guarantee you will not get a better bedroom like this in the city! 1) The building.- It is a 75 floor luxury skyscraper decorated by the world renouned French designer, Philippe Starck. It features private residences with resort-style services and amenities. When you arrive, you will be greeted by the valet and concierge. They will deliver your luggage to my apartment. As you can see in the photos, you will be able to get a suntan and swim in any of the pools. Just request a towel from the concierge at the pool at no additional cost. If thirsty, you may ask the bartenders for the drinks’ menu and they will gladly serve you. Drink’s cost vary depending on selection. Want to maintain your physique while in Panama? Visit the gym. It features brand new equipment for both cardio and weight training. If you like, you can also use one of the two squash courts just by reserving it at the concierge. There are no fees. If you want to relax, make an appointment at the Spa. There are several services provided to include facials and massages. Fees will be based on your requirements. Finally, if you desire to read a good book in a quiet environment, select any of the many available titles in the library. 2) The location.- Within five minutes walking distance you will find many hotels such as Hilton, Waldorf Astoria, Intercontinental and Meridien which host symposiums and conferences. In front of my building is the Cinta Costera, a 2.5 kilometer pedestrian walkway which surrounds the World Heritage Archaeological Site of Casco Viejo and the Historic District of Panamá, as defined by the United Nations (UNESCO). You will enjoy your walk to Balboa Boutiques and Metromall for the very best in shopping. Behind my tower is Calle Uruguay, with the most lively nightlife in town and many nice restaurants. It is a perfect location for a vacation or a business trip. Guest access SERVICES AND DETAILS My apartment has two separate bedrooms. One with oceanview for AirBnB guests and another one that I personally use. You will enjoy FREE WIFI and will be able to share my apartment areas such as living room, dinning room, kitchen and laundry room. Feel free to use any kitchen utensil if want to cook. Selve yourself with my washing/drying machine and iron if needed too. Room has a big fan and A/C is available in the apartment's shared areas. You'll have a restroom for you to use inside the apartment, and will have a nice private bathroom outside the apartment for showering needs. Check my photos so you can have an idea of how the bathroom looks like. It's really nice, private and divided for men-only / women-only use.
