Located in the Campo Belo neighborhood (12 min. walk from the Airport and 14 min. drive from Av. Eng. L. C. Berrini), impeccable cleanliness, comfortable bed, Wi-Fi and functional kitchen. Good for couples, families and business travelers. We do not receive minors unaccompanied by their guardians. The space The space consists of a bedroom, living room with sofa bed and integrated kitchen, bathroom and a private balcony in a total area of 45m2. It is a guest house in the back of a townhouse where a couple lives. The entrance is completely independent, so the guest receives a key to the entrance of their apartment and the entrance to the property. You need to climb a flight of stairs to access the apartment. Please note that cleaning is weekly and the cleaning fee is a single installment in any reservation. When at maximum capacity (5 people), two guests can sleep in the queen-size double bed, two in the double sofa bed and one in an extra single box bed that we can arrange, providing total comfort for everyone. This extra single bed is in the bedroom. Guest access Guests will have access to an outdoor laundry room, a backyard with wooden benches where smoking is allowed, and a balcony upstairs. We have a support kitchen in the main house that is only for guests with a stove and oven for those who want to bake food or need more stove burners for preparing meals, as the guesthouse kitchen has a microwave oven and a single-burner induction cooktop for cooking food. You need to climb a flight of stairs to access the apartment. Other things to note The kitchen has a one-burner cooktop, solar water heating, and we have spices and a lemon tree that can be harvested by guests who want to cook. Our cleaning is WEEKLY, with a cleaning fee charged regardless of the length of your stay. We have a laundry room available with a washing machine and tank. We have a camping crib (54X79 LXC) to assemble for children up to 2 years old (maximum 15 kg), upon request at the time of booking.
