Student Residence (USIL, USMP, AGRARIA)

The price includes Light, Water, wi-fi, security and maintenance. We share the house with two students so the house is really quiet. I speak Spanish, French and English. The space We are close to all shops, restaurants, parks, universities, specially USIL. The neighborhood is really quiet and save we have security 24/7 Guest access Feel free to use all the common areas, make some food in the kitchen, rest in the living room or terrace, work in the dining room etc. If you need something else just ask me. During your stay If you have a problem or you need something else I can help you. I want you to feel very confortable in the house :)
