Description

It is a place surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, wild, clean of pollutants, with the waters of the springs and rivers, crystal clear. You will find a charming little house with all the bed and bath linens, a kitchen with everything to prepare your meals. Enclosed balcony with sofas, carpet, hammock and salamander to warm up and an outdoor area with a stone fireplace for moonlit nights. Everyone is welcome! 🏳️‍🌈 The space The cottage has everything a couple needs to spend a few days preparing their own meals and sleeping in a comfortable and cozy double bed with sheets, duvets and blankets, bath and face towels, table towels and dishcloths. It also has the necessary utensils for preparing meals, furniture and new appliances. The enclosed balcony, with sofas, hammock and an iron salamander for heating the room. Access to the trails of the Bracuy, Mimoso and Mirante do Mar waterfalls is through A Luz Azul Pousada, which charges for the use of the trails. There is another access to the Bracuy waterfall by another path at km 33 where the ticket is cheaper. Guest access The space is close to the host's home, but with privacy. The guest, when in it, has no view of the host's villa, nor does the host have a view of the little house where they will be accommodated. There will be the comfort of while they are there, the host or someone they trusted to stay on site, to provide security during the stay in case there is any maintenance problem at the Chalet (power outage, lack of water, lack of gas in the kitchen, etc.), to serve them as necessary. It also offers indications for walks, forest trails and river baths. Guides information for more elaborate tours (Pedra do Frade), Cachoeira dos Macaquinhos and Moinho, with eventual horse rentals. The access to the waterfalls trails of Bracuy, Mimoso and Mirante do Mar is by A Luz Azul Pousada. Owners charge an access fee. There is another access to the Bracuy waterfall at km 33 other than the Pousada. To get to the site, after Bananal, go up the Serra on a paved road. Then, what is not paved, has no mud, the path is made of stones. In the rainy season (December, January, February), they can be damaged. If the guest feels intimidated and has a low car, they can ask for help to get there. You can leave your car in a neighbor's yard and proceed to the rented space with me or someone I trust who will pick you up at the agreed-upon kilometer, before the chalet, or even on the asphalt where the car will also be sheltered on a site. The main rides do not require a car, so the return to the neighbor will occur in the same way. Other things to note The guest must bring all the groceries for the preparation of meals, without forgetting condiments, salt, sugar, oil... Bananal is located in Vale and we are on top of the Serra, 1200m altitude.. Here there are no Markets and/or Bakeries, and it is necessary that they come to stay prevented for the preparation of all meals. Guests will have the comfort of, while the owner or someone of their trust is staying on site, within the site, to provide security during the stay in case there is any maintenance problem at the Chalet (power outage, lack of water, lack of offer indications for walks, trails in the forest and baths in the rivers. Guides information for more elaborate tours (Pedra do Frade), with eventual horse rentals. The access to the waterfalls trails of Bracuy, Mimoso and Mirante do Mar is by A Luz Azul Pousada. The owners charge a fee to access the trails. The access to the site, after Bananal, is done by an almost entirely paved road. It is an SP (247), administered by the government of São Paulo. It's supposed to be great!!! Not always! It's not all paved, only for about 30 km. Then it is perennial, with stones, suffering from the rains, especially in the months of December, January and February.
