Situated in uptown Kingston, this charming, four-bedroom house offers a safe space for relaxation. The common areas are shared spaces and each room is private. The house has a decked out kitchen with brand-new appliances, and to stave off the Caribbean heat, it's air-conditioned! It also boasts gate automation and 24-hour security services. It's located 10 minutes away from Manor Park Plaza with its local eateries such as Island Grill, supermarkets and ATMs. Free Wi-Fi and Cable are provided! The space The Hang-out Spots: The kitchen features an island and stool bar décor with ceramic counter tops, furnished with brand new Samsung kitchen appliances such as the stainless-steel refrigerator and the four-burner, range-top stove. Other kitchenwares include a microwave, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster oven, pots, pans, crockeries, and utensils. Just bring your food! To sit back and relax, you can enjoy the Caribbean breeze on the patio, or laze around in the cozy living space that showcases a traditional set up with sofas, recliners, a coffee table and a 42-inch smart tv with access to Netflix (bring your own password) and cable. To tuck in: Three bedrooms have full-sized beds and the fourth one comes with a queen-sized bed, but all comes with a vanity-mirror combo, a chest of drawer, a wardrobe closet and a ceiling fan. Of the four bedrooms, two rooms have their own bathrooms. To Refresh: The bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, and a toilet. Freshly laundered linens—towels and wash rags will be provided just in case you need them! And a brand-new Samsung washer and dryer set is on site for your use. Guest access Guests must be respectful of each other while sharing the common spaces. During your stay I currently reside in the states and can be reached anytime on my cell at 203-391-4255.
