Centrally located in the heart of Whistler Village along the world famous Village Stroll! ✨ 1 Bedroom 🛏 / 1 Full Bathroom 🛁 ✨ Queen Bed / Queen Sofa bed (sleeps 2) / Sleeper Chair (sleeps 1 - ideal for a child) ✨ Hot Tub ✨ Free Parking (1) ✨ In suite laundry ✨ ❄️ Living Room A/C June-Sep ❄️ ✨ Walking distance to everything, 8-10 mins to village lifts (direct access to BOTH Blackcomb & Whistler) The space 🍱 Foodie Paradise - The village offers all of Whistler’s best restaurants, within 0-5 minutes walking from our place. There is also a large grocery store right next door. If you want all the best eats - stay here! 🚙 - Parking clearance is 7’0”. Our assigned parking is a great size for a standard sized vehicle (VW Jetta similar), but can fit up to a mid-size SUV or similar (although it will be tight).. the parking is checked in and out at the same time as the condo. For additional vehicles - the building does have 5 visitor parking stalls that are handled on availability/first come first serve. If they are in use when you arrive - additional vehicles would need to source off site parking. 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 - Our typical group is 2 people, however we can accommodate up to 4-5 people by using the sofa bed & folding chair. However keep in mind it is a 1 bed/1 bath condo, and may be a bit tight for groups on a long stay, it all depends on your needs! 🚴🏽‍♂️ - We have a shared bike storage room that you can lock up in, it is fob access for resident only access. 🎿 - Store your skis/boards on our deck, just please be careful bringing them in/out. There is a free shuttle that drives past the building every 2-4 mins during ski season if you'd like to take advantage, it will take you to/from the lifts in a flash. ⏰ - Early arrivals - guaranteed check-in is 4pm, feel free to let me know what time you will arrive to town, and if we finish early that day - I will send you a message letting you know, so you can check-in. 🧳 - We aren't able to store your bags - but there are off-site options available. The UPS store across the street will store for $5-10/bag (Mon-Sat), or there are lockers at the base of the mountain that you can book - pricing varies based on size & season. Ask me for the link! 🔥 - Cozy gas fireplace available Nov - Mar ☕️ - Drip coffee maker 📺 - Living room - 60" UHD, with smart apps & Telus Cable. 💵 - What’s included? Our beds are outfitted with all linens. Bathroom amenities include towels, hair dryers, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soap, lotion. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need to cook and serve a meal + extras like oil, spices, coffee, tea, dish soap, kitchen towels, and tablets for the dishwasher. Other things to note 🤫 - Quiet hours for Whistler Village are 10pm-8am, and strictly no parties at any time. The building may apply fines if you are not respectful of your neighbours, which you would be responsible to pay for. 🐾 Sorry - due to allergies of the host & cleaning staff, strictly no pets/animals are allowed here. 🧑🏼 - The person booking is to be at least 21 years old, exceptions may be granted for responsible young adults with prior experiences on Airbnb. 🗑 - Checkout requests - we try to keep it as simple as possible! We ask guests only to load & start the dishwasher, and remove any garbage down to the sorting room at the parking level.
