This suite is in a fully renovated apartment. Located in the heart of Praia do Canto, the most charming neighborhood in the city, just two blocks from the beach and close to everything. Bars, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and bus stops are easily accessible on foot. The space This suite is in a spacious, quiet and well lit apartment, totally renovated and beautifully decorated, located in the core of Praia do Canto, the city's noblest and most pleasant neighborhood, just two blocks from the beach and close to everything. Bars, coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and bus stops are easily accessible on foot. The apartment is on the 8th floor and there are two elevators. The apartment has two suites (one is for my use and not available for rent), large and comfortable living room, American kitchen with counter for quick meals, bathroom, service area and all the necessary equipment and utensils for your comfort and convenience. In the living room we have 2 comfortable sofas, bookshelf, dining table and smart TV. Guests will occupy a beautiful suite (bedroom + private bathroom) with standard double bed. The maximum occupancy is 2 people at the same time, both sharing the double bed. IMPORTANT: You are renting A ROOM - not the entire apartment - in an apartment where we live and will share the common areas with us. The suite is well decorated and illuminated, has a comfortable size, a standard size double bed (width = 1.40 m), desk, bedside tables, curtains, black-out, wardrobe with rack and drawers, split air conditioning and wireless internet. The private bathroom has a powerful ceiling shower and excellent lighting. We provide sheets, bath/face towels and soap. We do not prepare breakfast, but our guests will find the necessary supplies and utensils in the kitchen to prepare their breakfast. We only ask that you keep the place organized after use. Parking: on the street, rotating, paid through the app (R$5.25 every 3 hours - from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturdays). Guest access Our guests have access to all common areas: living room, kitchen, laundry area and restroom. During your stay We work during the week, but we will make every effort to help our guests with everything they need and we are available to provide all the information they need about the city. Other things to note We open the doors of our house to welcome you. Our apartment is a cozy, clean and organized place. We ask that you be careful and organized as well.
