The apartment will be fully sanitized with Sodium Hypochlorite at 1% and Ozone professional generator for 2 hours and fully ventilated prior to a check-in. The apartment is a 1 Bedroom full apartment, secondary bed in living room is optional at additional cost. Located in a very well lit area, 3 blocks away from Insurgentes Av. and La Condesa. Subway station and Metro-Bus also 3 blocks away. Lots of interesting places to eat, coffee and drinks within walking distance. The space Cozy entire apartment conveniently located 3 blocks away from La Condesa and Insurgentes Av. Lots of great places to eat, have coffee or a drink. It can accommodate up to 4 people; two in a standard sized bed in the main bedroom. An optional bed can be added to accommodate 1 more person (for a a total of 3). Said bed is not present by default, only upon requesting the apartment for 3 guests and has an additional costo of 12 USD per night, this also applies when the bed is required even if the total of guests is 2). Sanitization information: Due to the current situation, we have reinforced our cleaning and sanitization practices in our offered apartments, these include a minimum of 1 hour of ozone treatment with a 10,000mg/h ozone professional O3 generator (which is fully ventilated afterwards) and up to 4 hours when possible. All contact surfaces as well as floors and bathroom are thoroughly sanitized with 1% sodium hypochlorite solution and once the preparations are finished, all contact surfaces are sprayed again with 70% Alcohol. Guest access Guests will have access to a professional grade WiFi infrastructure with two separate ISP's with automatic fail-over, running automatic hot water, gas stove, fridge, microwave, plates, glasses and cutlery. Other things to note Due to an Administrator policy, we will not be able to accept modification requests that shorten the length of the stay when the request is made less than 14 days from the check in date or during the stay. Security: There are 6 online cameras in the common/general access areas of the building.
