Charming Baywood Cottage

Beautifully appointed fully equipped cottage one block from the bay. Gorgeous views. Private entrance next to "guest" carport parking. One level. Washer/Dryer. Host is pet friendly. Short walk to restaurants & farmers market. The space The apartment is over 700 square feet. Two large skylights in the dining and living room bring in wonderful natural light as does the large window overlooking the main yard. The bedroom is also cheery with a view of the yard and is the perfect spot for an afternoon nap when the curtains are closed The bathroom was remodeled in early 2019 with new shower, toliet and beautiful tile throughout. Guest access There is a nice large and shared yard between the cottage and the "big house.” There are chickens that graze in the yard when one of us is home, otherwise they are confined to their coop/run. The washer and dryer, also shared, reside in a walkway between the houses. The view of the bay is amazing! The viewing area is a work in progress, but guests are encouraged to come around ocean side to enjoy the view. The walkway in the main yard leads to the private ocean viewing area. The sunsets are spectacular. Other things to note Dear Guests, Please make sure that each dish, cup, glass, pot, pan or silverware you return to the drawer or cupboard is sanitary and clean because we do not rewash all the dishes in the cupboards between guests. If you don't have time to wash; no problem, we are happy to do it for you. You can leave dirty items on the counter or in the sink. We just ask that you take special care returning only sanitary and clean items back to the cupboards! Thank you so much! PETS: We welcome dogs. We only ask that pets are not left unattended. Our pet fee is $30/pet/stay . Please let us know if you will be bringing a furry loved one. ;-)
