The studio features a king-size bed, pull out full size bed, futon for one person, dining area, ensuite bathroom, closet, and kitchenette with everything you need — mini fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric kettle, plus coffee, tea, and spices. The studio includes both a ceiling fan and a floor fan, providing great air circulation throughout the space. (Please note: the studio does not have air conditioning.) You’ll have Wi-Fi throughout the studio and access to shared amenities including a pool, sauna, BBQ area, ping pong table, lounge, laundry room, and garage. The property is a recently renovated house divided into seven private lofts, each with its own entrance and listed separately on Airbnb. Other things to note 📝 Things to Note • 🐜 Tropical Environment: The property has a large backyard, so you may occasionally see mosquitoes or small ants. We do our best to manage them, but Costa Rica’s tropical climate naturally attracts insects. This is part of life in the region and doesn’t mean the space isn’t clean — even a small crumb can attract sugar ants. Refunds will not be issued due to the presence of bugs. • 🤝 Shared Spaces: The house is divided into several private apartments. Guests share the pool, sauna, BBQ, ping pong table, lounge area, laundry room, main entrance, and garage. While we ask everyone to respect quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM), you may occasionally hear others enjoying their stay. • 💨 Cooling: Each studio stays bright and airy, featuring both a ceiling fan and a floor fan for your comfort. Please note there is no air conditioning, but the area’s mild climate and great airflow keep the space pleasant throughout the year. • ⚡ Utilities: On rare occasions, power, internet, or cable TV service may be temporarily interrupted due to external issues beyond our control. These are uncommon, but refunds will not be issued for such situations. • 🚗 Parking: The garage offers four shared spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the garage is full, you can park on the street — it’s free and has 24-hour security. • 📍 Getting Here: Addresses in Costa Rica can be tricky. We’ll provide the exact location name to enter into Waze or Google Maps for accurate directions. Please read the check-in instructions carefully before arrival.
