Other things to note The name of the Condominium, Casa de Pedra, was inspired by an old house acquired by the Behrend family in 1953, when Gramado was not yet a municipality. This "Casa de Pedra" was the stage for the 1st Gramado Film Festival, which became known worldwide as the Gramado Film Festival, an annual event that welcomes artists and celebrities from major centers.
