The house is located (in a 'Loteamento') 2.3 km away from the city centre and main beach of Porto de Galinhas. The house is stand alone with his own swimming pool & ideal for families and smaller groups of friends who wish to chill out and spend some quality time together away from the busy city centre whilst only being a short drive away (5-7min) from the beach. The space The Condominio has security on site and the house has an alarm. The house also has some beach chairs and parasols which guest may use if they wish. The bungalow has 3 well sized bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. The living room with an open kitchen provides ample space for a comfortable stay of larger groups or family. The property has its own swimming pool and outdoor BBQ area. Other things to note The use of the swimming pool is at the guests' own risk! Children may use the swimming pool only when supervised by an adult. The house is located in a residential area. Guests are requested to observe the rules of the Condomino. Loud music after 9pm or before 10am in the morning is not permitted. The Condomino has the right to charge penalties if the rules are not adhered to. During Carnival, over Easter, Christmas and New Year the house can only be booked for the whole of the festive period for a price to be pre-agreed with the host.
