Our house is 20 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from Pracinha, in a pleasant and quiet walk, with the same as a positive point for daily discovery. For the Tractor and Quadricycle point, it is 5 minutes, they provide transportation to the beaches of Moreré, Cueira, Bainema, Cova da Onça and Ponta do Castelhanos, beautiful beaches that are well worth visiting. The house offers all the amenities for good times with family or a group of friends. The space Boipeba Island is a magical place, and our house is the perfect place for those looking to live unforgettable moments with family and friends. The house is for 6 people with 3/4 bedrooms, both with a double bed and air-conditioning, a portable fan, there is a living room with a 45-inch Smart TV and cable TV with more than 300 channels 2 bathrooms with electric showers, a large kitchen equipped with all the utensils, a service area with a washing machine, and a view of the backyard with vegetables and fruit plants, 2 balconies with hammocks and table overlooking the garden, outdoor area with post-beach shower, barbecue and cooler. Our house is open to welcome you. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. Other things to note There are no cars on Boipeba Island, but there are tractors and ATVs to facilitate access to the most distant beaches. Note: There are also no banks or ATMs!
