With comfortable accommodations for 4 adults & 2 Kids (Bunk beds), you'll spend most of the time enjoying the unique characteristics of this 3.5 acre property, which include a fully stocked bass pond, large swimming pool and spa, complete outdoor kitchen, 3 fire pits, small orchard, Bocce Ball court, and yard games, all just minutes from downtown Loomis. Hosts are flexible and can sometimes work with specific date requests. ** Please do not leave young children unattended outside. Note that the 3rd bedroom listed as Bunk bed is a custom bed consisting of two raised twin beds (no beds on bottom). BOTH beds are elevated and access is by bunk bed ladder only. Guest will have access to entire house with the exception of a couple closets (Hanging Racks and some drawer space will be provided). Guest will not have access to the detached garage, but there is plenty of parking in the large gated driveway.
