Suite 20 meters from the sea Gourmet Kitchen House (with monitoring cameras) shared with residents. Strictly familiar. Suite 1: Queen double bed. Shared environments: the entire leisure area + living room combined with leisure. *PARKING FOR MOTORCYCLES* **I have two more suites and one room** The space *15 minutes from the Rodoviária de Guarujá. Strictly Familiar House. Close to the beach. If you're lucky, you can still hear the noise of the waves. Guest use gourmet kitchen located in the pool area. It is not necessary to enter the main house to use the shared environments. The house has a cozy atmosphere with lots of vegetation and a wonderful pool. You will stay in "Suite 1": queen-size bed + closet + bathroom + fan. (Possibility of one more single bed if necessary) **We have three more rental suites ** *In case you want to leave later: Late checkout costs R$80.00 per hour per accommodation. Over three hours, please book one more night. *** *** *NO VISITS***** Guest access The suite has a separate entrance with access through the hallway of the room called Home office. You will have access to a suite with a queen-size bed + closet + air conditioning (Air conditioning hours: 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please turn it off when leaving the suite during your stay. If you forget, I can turn it off.). You can use the environments of the entire leisure area (24-hour pool) + gourmet area (stove without oven, microwave, barbecue, pizza oven, dishes, cutlery and pots) + living room combined with leisure. These environments are separate from the house. There is no need to enter the main house to use the shared rooms. *I WILL NEED IDENTIFICATION FROM ALL GUESTS* During your stay I live in the house, but the suite has an independent entrance, facilitating the stay as well as the entry and exit of guests. I won't always be available, but we can always communicate by message. I provide green boxes, marked with the name of the suite, in the kitchen for dry groceries to be stored. - Do not leave wet clothes and towels on the beds. We have a clothesline on the lawn above the barbecue. Accessed via the stairs on the right. - Keep the gate locked with the key. - I ask for silence in the rooms from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - You can listen to music and/or have a party in the leisure area until 1 a.m. with music at a bearable level and as indicated by law: up to 60 decibels. - You can come and go whenever you want. No visits. - VISITORS ARE PROHIBITED; if necessary, I offer Day Use (suspended until March 2025) for use of the pool/bathrooms only. Amount: 85.00 per person of any age. Visiting hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Notify in advance and send documents with photos. I do not accept minors, as a visit, unaccompanied by parents. - You can come and go at any time from your accommodation/home. - We have an external monitoring camera. Please be an honest guest. Don't bring visitors! [House Guide] - When leaving your room or common areas, please turn off the lights, air-conditioning (if any), fans and remove appliances from the outlets. - We chose not to have TV in the accommodations. In the common living room, we have books and games. - In the kitchen of the leisure area, we have two refrigerators. Exclusive use of guests (possibly also residents). - The outlets are 110V. In the barbecue area, we have a 220V outlet (marked). - Smoking is prohibited in common areas. There is a grassy area above the barbecue for smokers. - The house has a clothesline for drying swimsuits and towels. The clothesline is located in the grassy area going up the external stairs. Do not leave wet clothes in the bathroom or on the bed. - The doors of the accommodations need to be closed when leaving. We are not responsible for your belongings. - The house is closer to the beach than to the shops. There are restaurants and kiosks on the waterfront that can be accessed on foot. For supermarket and pharmacy, you can only get there by car/Uber/taxi. **DO NOT BRING VISITORS** [Keys] -In the bunk room, I provide 3 keys; one for the room, one for the gate (private entrance) and one for the closet. All identified by a colored cord. Choose your cord and take care of it with affection. -In the en-suites, there are two keys: one for the room and one for the gate (private entrance).
