Chalet 50 meters from the sea

The chalet has Wi-Fi, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 bunk beds, 1 private bathroom, air conditioning (silent split) with ventilation function, LCD TV, kitchen with all necessary utensils, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes and cutlery, 1 barbecue, 1 table with 2 chairs + 1 table 4 stools, outdoor shower and parking for 1 car NOTE: We do not provide bed and bath linens, we only provide a very clean place with all the infrastructure. The space Located 50 meters from the best spot on Maranduba beach, 30 meters from the Aloha restaurant and pizzeria, 50 meters from a beverage store, 200 meters from supermarkets, bakeries, produce stores, butcher shops, and all the convenience of being able to do everything on foot, without driving. The best thing is the proximity to the beach, which you only need to cross the road to reach, and you can see the beach from our property. The chalet/edicule is on one of our two lots, on the other is my vacation home, and behind my house is my housekeeper's house, who is very friendly and helpful. The lawn in front of the cottage is also next to my house. Check-in and check-out flexibility: We are usually very flexible when we do not have clients on the date after the reservation and on the date before the reservation, but we cannot guarantee this until the date of the stay. But when we have possibilities, we let you check out late or check in early. Guest access Guests have free access through the car gate or the pedestrian gate. When they check in, they receive a key to the chalet and can do whatever they want. When returning from the beach, you can use the 3 showers that are in front of the housekeeper's house and have a barbecue in front of the chalet in a mobile barbecue at any time. Other things to note Bring toiletries, bed and bath linens, as we do not provide them.
